We seem to be seeing a lot more shots using bokeh in this way, but this image was able to catch my eye and feels fresh in comparison to a lot of the other images you see here on Dev Art.

Technically this image is hard to fault, its well exposed and the layers are blended perfectly, the colours used work well together.

Personally I'm not to sure about the blue tint on the black, think I would of liked the black to be black, but that's a personal preference rather than a fault with the image.

Keep up the good work.
